Traditions That Run Deep:

The 85th Warrenton Hunt Point to Point

Point- to-Race at Airlie

At Alls Real Estate, we don’t just help you find a house; we help you find your place in the local heritage. If you want to see the true heart of Fauquier County, there is no better place to be than the sprawling greens of Airlie for one of our favorite local traditions.

Dust off your binoculars and pack your favorite picnic blanket—it’s almost time for the 85th Warrenton Hunt Point to Point Races!

A Milestone Year in the Countryside

There is something magical about the thundering of hooves against the backdrop of Virginia’s horse country. This isn't just a race; it’s a celebration of the landscape that makes our region so desirable. Whether you’re a lifelong equestrian enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful day outdoors, the Point to Point offers a front-row seat to the lifestyle that defines our community.

Fun for the Entire Family

This event is designed for everyone—from the serious rail-bird to the youngest future riders. We love seeing how this event caters to families, making it a staple for our local clients.

  • The Kids Zone: Keep the little ones entertained with a dedicated area featuring coloring and a "hobby horse" course complete with straw bale jumps.
  • The Cuisine: You have options! You can go the traditional route with a curated tailgate of your own, or you can stop by the El Jefe food truck for some of the best local eats around.

Plan Your Day

To make sure your day at Airlie is as smooth as a winning gallop, keep these "know-before-you-go" tips in mind:

  • When: March 14th 2026
  • Where: Airlie, 6809 Airlie Rd Warrenton, VA
  • Arrival: Gates open at 10:30 AM, giving you plenty of time to set up your spot before the first race at 12:00 PM.
  • The Vibe: It’s all about the open views! To ensure everyone has a clear line of sight to the finish line, tents are not allowed.
  • The Four-Legged Friends: While we love our pets, please remember that dogs are not allowed at this event to ensure the safety of the horses and riders.

Why We Love It

Events like the Warrenton Hunt Point to Point are exactly why people choose to plant roots here. It’s about history, community, and the breathtaking beauty of the land.

If you’re attending and find yourself falling in love with the rolling hills of Airlie, keep an eye out for our team—we’re always happy to chat about the local market between races.
