An Evening of Arena Polo Against the Blue Ridge Sunset!
Alls Real Estate is excited to share details about an incredible and free event for all polo lovers! Get ready to experience the thrilling action of arena polo set against the stunning backdrop of the Blue Ridge Sunset at the foot of the Blue Rock Inn.
Event Details:
Date: Friday, September 6th, 2025
Time: 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: Blue Rock Polo Arena, 12567 Lee Hwy, Washington, VA 22747
This event is free and open to the entire community, with both general admission and reserved tailgating options available.
- Gates open at 4:30 PM.
- The first match begins at 5:00 PM, with the second match following at 6:30 PM.
- The evening wraps up at sunset, so please be packed up by 8:30 PM.
Tailgating, Dining, and Fun
If you want to set up your own picnic, there are just 5 tailgate spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early! General parking is available for all attendees.
Feeling hungry? Chef Aaron and Pastry Chef Ebony from Blue Rock Inn are offering handcrafted sandwich boxes that can be ordered in advance and picked up at the Polo Bar. Skip the prep and enjoy a gourmet meal!

Know Before You Go:
- Bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to share at your tailgate.
- Adult beverages will be available for purchase at the Polo Bar.
- Please note: No outside alcohol is permitted.
