Arts, Music, and Main Street: Celebrating First Friday Warrenton this June

Volunteering in Warrenton VA

If you feel a little extra energy in the air this week, it’s because one of our favorite local traditions is just around the corner. This Friday, June 5th, 2026, downtown Warrenton will transform into the ultimate community block party for First Friday!

Organized by the incredible team at Allegro Community School of the Arts (Allegro CSA), First Friday is more than just an event—it’s the heartbeat of our town. As we recently discussed with Chrissi Gore (VP of the Board for Leadership Fauquier), community engagement is what makes Warrenton such a vibrant place to call home. There is no better way to see that leadership in action than on Main Street this Friday evening.

What to Expect: June 5th – "Arts Night"

Each First Friday has a theme, and June is all about Celebrating the Arts. From 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Main Street (from 5th Street to Court Street) will be closed to cars and open for fun.

  • Live Music: Get ready to dance! This month features the local favorite band A Fine Mess, performing live to keep the energy high all night long.
  • The Community Stage: Located right in front of the Family Court, the Community Performing Stage will showcase local talent, including student performers from Allegro CSA. It’s a great place to see the next generation of Fauquier artists.
  • Beer & Wine Garden: For the adults, the expanded Beer & Wine garden offers a perfect spot to relax and catch up with neighbors while enjoying local pours.
  • Family Fun: From kids' activities to food trucks serving up everything from BBQ to artisanal treats, there is truly something for every age.
  • Support Local: Over 50 Fauquier vendors and artisans will be lining the streets. It’s the perfect time to shop local and support the small businesses that give Warrenton its unique character.

Why We Love It

At Alls Real Estate, we know that when people look for a house, they aren't just looking for square footage—they are looking for a community they can belong to. Events like First Friday, championed by non-profits like Allegro CSA, are exactly why so many people choose to plant roots here in Fauquier County.

Allegro CSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides world-class performing arts instruction right here in our backyard. By attending First Friday, you aren't just having a great night out; you’re supporting an organization that enriches the lives of our youth through music, dance, and theater.

Join Us!

Whether you’re a long-time resident or just exploring the area, we hope to see you on Main Street this Friday. Stop by the vendors, grab a bite from a food truck, and soak in the best of small-town Virginia life.
